Then you can get into the ambience which is casual, with elements of Day of the Dead, and generally playful folksy. It's a cloth napkins but no tablecloths kind of place and usually had good local photography on the walls.


The times I've gone without a reservation and done the 10-45 minute wait they've usually offered a glass of wine to make the waiting easier. Entrees are in the $10 - 20 range for California Italian food. You get fresh warm bread at the table and generally pretty nice service.
