Snow Goose

LOVE LOVE LOVE the view, and the deck top seating area. The bar is a neat shape too. The food quality seems to have gone down in the last few years. I used to love their food but now I only go there when I need to take someone somewhere who is from out of town. It's another place that will refill your growlers, and generally has good live music.

I love the atmosphere at this bar. It's usually really really hard to get a table or seat at the bar on a busy night, but I love the atmosphere. Stickers are everywhere. The food is generally pretty good too. If I had to pick a favorite bar in Anchorage, F St would probably be it.

ORSOS

Super good food, at super high prices. Worth every penny. A great place to go for a date. I love all their artwork on the walls even though it's generally crook-ed on the wall and the lamps with their crook-ed shades is just comical. Take home what you don't eat, generally everything you can reheat, does reheat well. Plus, it's a shame to waste such good food at such a high price.

Brew House

Good Food, Good Beer, and Good Cooks.
They run a tight ship and shows. The exec chef is a good guy and trains his crew well. The waitstaff is hip too.
The Crab is awesome, and the pizza is unique. Overall the menu is full of good options. Try their flavored lemonades and iced teas!

Humpy's

The huge bar full of taps is pretty cool. They change out their kegs on a daily basis, and have a huge list to choose from.
The food is bad though. I've never liked any food I've ordered from there but I love that they have Framoise Raspberry on tap! I've never ever seen that anywhere else.

There is only one word that I can use to describe my honest opinion of this bar. HATE!
Too loud, and busy. Filled with crazy people, and the scene is getting worse and worse. It's goes from Gay Bar to Alternative Bar, and now it just seems like people who get kicked out form Koots are hanging out there.

Beartooth Grill

I've never been to the theatre so I'm not rating that.
I've been to eat here a few times, and never been overly amazed, and don't really see what everyone is buzzing about.
The last time I went there, I went with 3 other people, and NONE of us like our main courses. The app was good, but it's hard to screw up chips and dip.

Moose's Tooth

Mmmm! Fresh Pizza and Fresh Brewed Beer (for those who like it). Can you get much better?
Servings sizes are well proportioned, and anything you can order is super good.
The atmosphere is accomplished better than other resteraunts that try to same theme.

Sicily's Pizza

Worst Pizza in town, BY FAR! There are a lot of pizza places to choose from so, even if your starving there is no reason to eat here.
It's not just the pizza tha tis bad, everything else is pretty bad too. I've never been to their buffet, but I'm sure it's not good either.
