There comes a time in every business where you become complacent and lazy and don't worry about the small things that you built a franchise, such as UDF, upon. Customer service, quality products fair prices.. UDF has reached THIS point. Their products are sub-par, stores are frequently dirty and their staff are mean, rude and when you try to reach their home offices about any of these concerns, you are ignored! The basis, for any successful business like this one is CUSTOMER SERVICE, of which they have none. Choose ANY other choice before UDF for ANYTHING.
